🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Volunteer-Led, Community-Driven

Our volunteers are the heart of everything we do. Coming from diverse backgrounds, each brings valuable skills and knowledge, which we share with each other and with future adopters. Through teamwork and continuous learning, we ensure that every decision is made responsibly and with care.

We continuously educate ourselves through courses, seminars, and scientific research in areas like animal behavior and preventive health. Our work may not always be glamorous, but it is impactful — demanding discipline, passion, and commitment.

📋 What Our Volunteers Do

Our volunteer team handles a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Adoption Coordination:

  • Answering adoption inquiries

  • Interviewing potential adopters

  • Conducting pre-adoption visits and surveys

  • Preparing adoption agreements and organizing logistics

  • Providing post-adoption support

• Dog Rescue & Care:

  • Responding to emergency reports and rescue cases

  • Organizing transportation, medical care, and behavioral evaluation

  • Collaborating with veterinarians and specialists

  • Managing records, diagnoses, and care routines

• Communications & Outreach:

  • Writing adoption listings with photos and dog profiles

  • Running our website and social media accounts

  • Engaging the community through educational posts and campaigns

  • Handling email and traditional correspondence (hundreds per year!)

• Fundraising & Operations:

  • Organizing charity bazaars and online auctions

  • Managing our charity shop

  • Coordinating donations of food, medicines, and supplies

  • Preparing accounting documentation and reports for legal compliance

  • Collaborating with our accountant and managing internal logistics

💛 How We Make a Difference

Thanks to the support of amazing volunteers and donors, we’ve been able to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome countless Rottweilers across Poland. Whether it's organizing life-saving medical care, educating future owners, or supporting traumatized animals, our goal is always the same: give every dog the chance to live a safe, healthy, and loved life.
